Paper Moon Cake Boutique and Cafe of Tokyo
Where sweet dreams are made – one layer at a time
Acclaimed to be among the finest and best desserts in Tokyo, the exquisite cake creations of Tokyo’s Grand Dame of Specialty Cakes, Madame Kazuko Emy Wada, are now served in Manila with the much-awaited opening of Paper Moon Cake Boutique and Cafe.
With branches on the first floor of Glorietta 3 and on the 4th floor of TriNoma, dessert lovers from North to South can now get to experience Paper Moon’s signature offering, the Original Mille Crepe, literally meaning “a thousand crepes,” more popularly known as the “Crepe Cake.” Madame Emy’s creation is an exquisite masterpiece of no less than twenty delicate, paper-thin, handmade crepes layered with heavenly light pastry cream, all topped with a golden, caramelized crust. It comes in Original, Strawberry, Chocolate, and Mango – which is available only in Manila. Before sinking your teeth into Paper Moon’s masterpiece, you may want to try something savory first. Paper Moon also has a good selection of Sandwiches, Salads, and Quiche. Enjoy it with a cup of coffee or a tall glass of Lemonade or Fruit Lemonade that comes in Orange, Grapefruit, and Calamansi flavors.
PERFECT FOR HOLIDAYS! Get the limited edition Christmas Mille Crepe for the upcoming holiday season.
