Hear the echoes of a sound mind in a sound body at Echo Café.

With the head offices at Serendra and Salcedo, Echo Café set as a pro-organic ingredients shop. It is under the concept of ECHO Sustainable Lifestyle concept. ECHO stands for “Environment & Community Hope Organization”, promoting living in a sustainable lifestyle under “conscious and caring consumerism”. They grow organic vegetables in their private farms in the Amadeo provinces of Cavite and are selling them to various suppliers. These vegetables are also used as ingredients for the food offered in the menu at the café. The café is also Echo Store’s contribution to promoting the hard work of local farmers and their homegrown produce.

Their signature pasta of tuna, pesto and olives, Pasta a la Trio (P250) is also their bestseller. A combination of sweet, sour, salty and spicy, it was described as “a party in your mouth.”
