  • Within the modern, vibrant, fast-paced Bonifacio Global City High Street and the bustling Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City is a piece of the earth where deliciously healthy food abound–the Earth Kitchen. Earth Kitchen is a new and exciting entrant in the growing trend of healthy organic and creative cuisine cafes and restaurants in hip commercial and business areas in the metro. It was birthed from the combined legacy of good food in a taste-of-home style, and an advocacy to support, showcase and sustain local and indigenous farmers and partner communities in the Philippines. Earth Kitchen is a partnership project of Hizon’s Catering, Got Heart Foundation, Chef David Hizon and Chef JR Tani.

    Earth Kitchen takes pride in its simple and straightforward retro picnic concept with a relaxing, fresh and natural backdrop. Its green and brown earth colors and natural lighting and plants make you feel like you are inside a serene greenhouse having a tranquil time outside Manila.

    This enchanting earthly-themed restaurant is beautifully filled with hanging green plants, globe lights and wood pallets, country ornaments, nature and native-inspired paintings in wooden frames adorned with green plants, comfy and cozy wooden tables and chairs, and some Got Heart Foundation displayed merchandise items that customers can buy and bring home as gift items or for personal use. A private function room is also available ideal for small group meetings, social events and occasions.

    Earth Kitchen is known for its dishes made from scratch to ensure the freshness of food served everyday. Locally sourced from its partner communities’ organic produce, its ingredients are all-natural products that are always farm-fresh.

    For the starter/appetizer menu, one of the best-sellers is the Risotto Balls (P275). These scrumptious breaded and fried mushroom risotto balls stuffed with mozzarella cheese are served with tasty house-made tomato sauce. A really fun snack that adults and kids alike will surely love.

Served spread on top of open soft tacos with lip-smacking and tastily soft-cooked boneless beef with ribs, kimchi rice, salad greens and seaweeds.

This succulent and tender Persian-inspired dish is a star meal and is favored for its intensely flavorful taste complemented with grilled vegetables on the side.

And for some pleasurable and cool drink, sip the tasty, tangy and flavorsome freshness of Mango and Yoghurt Shake (P130). The fruity flavor and yoghurt blend that quenches and invigorates not just the tummy but the parched soul as well.
