  • Caviar Restaurant and Champagne Bar is a high-end French-Mediterranean restaurant handled by a pair of Dutchmen: Bastiaan and Frank van der Walle. Bastian acts as the general manager and sommelier while his brother Frank is the executive chef.

The inside has a homely lounge which looks like a living room as well as a bar. On the other side is a luxurious dining area. Separating the two sections is a magnificent wine cellar made of glass.  Privacy is given to those who will get seats close to the wall, perfect for a date.

Best-sellers from their ala carte menu include fresh oysters from Bordeaux (P1,800 for 12 pieces) and a serving of Venison beef (P1,850) from Burgundy. Caviar does not have an extensive menu but if you find it hard to decide which ones you’ll order, there are a few featured dishes every week. Pair any of their dishes with one of the numerous wines that they offer and you’re sure to have a luxurious dinner.
