Sinigang, tinola and bulalo – these are soup-based classics made special in Sabao, a Filipino restaurant in Signa Designer Residences.

Your favorite soupy dishes are given special treatment here. The sabaw (soup) is created using meat simmered for 16 hours, giving the chicken, pork or beef stock a rich natural taste. The vegetables and other ingredients are prepared separately, ensuring that they are still of best quality when served.

Savor your favorite dish from the menu with a cup of brown, red or garlic rice. If you’re not too keen on rice, go a bit unconventional and add glass or Chinese noodles. Finish your meal with a serving of halo-halo and leche flan – absolute must-tries in this restaurant!

Don’t be fooled, though, as Sabao is definitely more than good Filipino food. Unlike most restaurants, Sabao fuses different cultural influences in the way that they presented their restaurant. If you want to know what we mean, come on over and see for yourself! Visit Sabao for a bowl of your favorite Filipino soup!
