Lusso in Greenbelt: All-day Luxury Dining

There’s something about Lusso that piques your curiosity when you pass by their place in Greenbelt, Makati. At first glance, it already gives you a luxurious vibe with hues of gold adorning their sophisticated setup. However, if you are not familiar with this restaurant, you wouldn’t really know what kind of food they offer—and that is why you’ll have to go and see for yourself.

A creation of renowned chef Gaita Fores, Lusso is a champagne and gastrobar that serves exquisite European dishes. The restaurant invokes an old-world elegance with delicious dishes and a special high tea menu to add to its charm. Lusso, which is the Italian word for luxe, is truly a gem in a sense that it brings Europe’s much-desired flavors to Manila through the plateful of delicious food they serve.

Although it’s known for luxury dining, Lusso makes sure that they have dishes that will cater to everyone. Their menu is composed of all-time favorites such as pasta and sandwiches with an added twist. Take, for example, the crowd-favorite Lusso Demi-Pound Burger with foie gras and their iconic Spinach Taglierini pasta, made only with high-quality ingredients to preserve the authenticity of their flavors.

We also recommend their US Angus Short Rib Roll, a combination of tender Angus beef with just the right amount of fat, soft-boiled egg, and horseradish cream on Dutch crunch roll.
