    Captain Ribs offers richly-flavored grilled ribs, and a fusion of American, European, and Filipino dishes. Their best –selling dish is the Grilled Ribs (P295/350g or P420/500g) that’s made with homemade sauce.

    We also recommend the Tanigue Kinilaw with Coconut Milk which costs P290. The fish in this dish is tastier than any other kinilaw dishes you can find in Puerto Princesa.

    The restaurant has a cozy interior, with a garden setting for people who prefer to eat under the stars. Since the restaurant opens at twilight, the tables are set with candles. Good music is also played, and drinks and cocktails are served as well.
