  • Ading’s Pala-Pala is a popular seafood restaurant in Bacolod City that caters to seafood lovers in a very spacious and fancy setup that’s not a common image when it comes to pala-pala style restaurants.

    Fresh fish and seafood are delivered to Ading’s Pala-Pala every morning and evening. With the concept of pala-pala, you can enjoy picking out fresh fish and live seafood displayed in aquariums and have them cooked fresh into any kind of dish—be it grilled, fried, stewed or mixed with vegetables in a healthy soup.

    This restaurant has an air-conditioned dining area with colorful native interiors and a well-ventilated semi-open area that can comfortably accommodate small and large groups. You’ll be dining amidst ambient lighting, colorful banderitas or buntings, and capiz shell curtains, which creates a feeling that you’re dining at a Filipino town fiesta.

    If you’re not sure what kind of dish to request with your chosen seafood, here are the best recommendations by Ading’s Pala-Pala.

    If you’re craving for a steak-like meal that’s not as heavy as steak, choose Blue Marlin (Php 98 per 100g) and have it prepared into a Sizzling Blue Marlin dish. The fish is cooked well, and every bite is firm and juicy with the sweet and salty marinade.

    If you want a good meal of shrimp, select the biggest shrimps (Php 110 per 100g) and ask the cook to prepare Chili Garlic Shrimp for you. Nothing beats a meal of hefty shrimps that came straight out of the sea!
