  • Caviar Restaurant and Champagne Bar is a high-end French-Mediterranean restaurant handled by a pair of Dutchmen: Bastiaan and Frank van der Walle. Bastian acts as the general manager and sommelier while his brother Frank is the executive chef.

    You’ll feel right at home when you dine at Caviar. It is divided into a homely lounge like a living room and a bar area, and a luxurious dining area. Privacy is given to those who will get seats close to the wall, perfect for a date.

    Best-sellers from their ala carte menu includes fresh oysters from Bordeaux (P1,800 for 12 pieces) and a serving of Venison beef (P1,850) from Burgundy. They also have ever-changing set menus which are accompanied by wine, perfect for when you want to enjoy a luxury dinner.
