  • Earle’s Delicatessen is a one-stop shop for authentic European sausages, cured meats, cheese and other specialty items such as homemade preserves, gourmet bottled fish, and coffee. The deli prides itself on selling its own brand. All their products are free of artificial coloring, flavoring and monosodium glutamate. Every piece of meat is delicately smoked in a natural process that uses imported hard wood chips, which is where they get their delicious smoky flavor and enticing aroma. They also use all-natural imported casing on their sausages to give them that lovely snap in every bite.

The variety of cured meats and sausages that Earle’s has can be quite overwhelming. They sell roughly fifteen types of sausages, over twenty different kinds of deli meat, and around ten types of cheese. Crowd favorites for the sausages are the herby Thuringer Bratwurst, the peppery Kielbasa, and the classic Bavarian Cheese Smokies. Popular deli meats are the Double Smoked Bacon, Roast Beef, and Smoked Chicken Roast. Their cheeses range from Fromaggio to Emmenthal. But if none of these interests you, Earle’s also have burger patties, corned beef brisket, smoked ribs, seasoned chicken breast fillets and even flavored breadsticks.

For the undecided, good news: Earle’s also doubles as a sandwich shop, so you can sample all their offerings before you settle on two or three favorites. Try the Meat Trio (P134), a sandwich made of maple smoked ham, beer sausage, pepper lyoner, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, honey mustard and cheese; or the Lamb Sausage Sandwich (P220), which, while very simple in presentation, is undoubtedly the tastiest item in their sausage sandwich menu.

The best thing about Earle’s is how affordable everything is. Taste-wise and budget-wise, Earle’s is a rarity: their sandwiches and sausages are very filling for the price range of P80-P150 (except the Lamb Sausage), and their vacuum-sealed deli meats give you a bang for your buck.
