Opened in 1994, Tita Lettie’s Grill in Doña Jovita Garden Resort is a resto-bar for all families seeking for a traditional dining experience. It is named after the owner’s dearest mother who has a great fondness for Filipino food. Although the restaurant has been around for more than 20 years now, the influence of Western cooking on their dishes is kept. In fact, a new menu was developed upon the arrival of their new chef Noah Lucas.

Try Tita Lettie’s Bagnet Kare-Kare (Php 220) that instead of beef, they use deep-fried crispy pork belly that is similar to Filipino famous dish Lechon Kawali. The crispiness of bagnet definitely gives a satisfying crunch best paired with steamed rice.

The Mixed Seafood Alfredo (Php 230) is a perfect comfort food to try at Tita Lettie’s as well. Looking as mouthwatering as it tastes, it is a pasta made with freshly cooked seafood like shrimp and mussel. You should also try Lettie’s Burger (Php 195) served with chips; the burger’s thick and meaty patty is flavorful enough to exceed your expectations.
