  • Rico Rico Paelleria in SM Aura: A plateful of paella
  • With Rico Rico, you don’t have to travel far and shell out more to eat your favorite classic paella in Manila! Rico Rico Paelleria, one of the original concepts by the La Lola Group, is a game changer when it comes to a take on Spanish cuisine.

At Rico Rico Paelleria, Food on Four

As a casual dining concept, Rico Rico Paelleria is a stall in Food on Four, SM Aura that cooks delicious paella like a grandmother’s cooking. Specializing in paella, Rico Rico is not your ordinary paelleria in a sense that they make their authentic paellas more personal, by way of “customizing” your own.

Negra 2.0 (Php 265) for solo

The steps are very simple: choose your own paella from Marisco (seafood), Negra (squid ink), Carne (pork and chicken), Vegetable, Surf and Turf (Seafood and Pork), or Negra 2.0 (chicken, egg, peas, and red bell pepper). You can then add toppings of your choice, and they have quite a selection too from gambas, chorizo, vegetable mix, and liempo, among others. To add flavor to your paella, you also have the liberty to choose an aioli (Mediterranean sauce) from parsley, saffron, garlic, or chili.

    Marisco (Php 320)

    Chorizo Croquetas (Php 190)

Apart from their special paellas, they also have tapas, desserts, and beverages to pair up your paella with. At Rico Rico, you also have the choice to have it solo or for sharing, so everyone can enjoy the paella done your way.

Rico Rico is in Food on Four so you can be seated anywhere you want at the hall. You can also be seated by the counter if you wish to. They have an open kitchen where you can see the chefs create your paella.

    Paella lovers, ¡Vamos a comer!
