This ramen bar still champions the food Izakaya experience

The first ramen bar by Nagi to open in the world, Wonder Bowl continues to bring the genuine food Izakaya experience, offering premium ramen bowls and other exquisite Japanese staple with pairs of great cocktails.

In fact, the ramen bowls are all guaranteed authentic, made in the artisanal way by its passionate Japanese chefs.

Using shio (salt) broth instead of the usual Ramen Nagi’s tonkotsu (pork) broth, Wonder Bowl introduces an array of flavor-packed ramen bowls–presenting four of these are their signature ramen bowls.

Wonder Bowl’s four signature ramen bowls

The first one is the Wonder Salt Ramen (Php 810), which has golden salt sauce, red onion, kale leaves, bamboo shoots, Japanese leeks. Its marinated wagyu beef topping definitely makes the taste more recognizable.

Dressed in shredded chili, this one is a must-order if you fancy a spicy one.

Meanwhile, the Wonder Miso Ramen (Php 590) has flat noodles with a golden salt base broth, also topped with wagyu beef, mushroom onions, Japanese leeks, and Chinese chives. The miso, which is thoroughly burned, gives off the dominant salty taste!

The Wonder Lobster Ramen (Php 1500) is another one you should not miss out!

The lobster meat is cooked on the day of your visit to meet the maximum freshness and juiciness. It has green and purple cabbage, Japanese leeks, and pork chashu that incredibly complement the unique lobster flavor.
