Given the classic soupcon with the food and the whole impression, Ruby Jack’s Steakhouse & Bar is a reason for you to stay in your gastronomical comfort bubble without compromising the thrill!

Founded by Chef Matthew Crabbe, Edward Baffoe, and Nathan Smith, the famed classic steakhouse that originated in Tokyo finally opened their first branch at the City of Dreams Manila last August 2015. Ruby Jack’s steakhouse will introduce you to an array of fresh, imported, and quality fare that will make it, or maybe even exceed the expectations of the most scrupulous taste buds.

The restaurant prides themselves in house dry-aged steaks, as well as US, Australian and wagyu varieties. They source their ingredients from all over the world, ensuring the quality and authenticity in every bite. They serve a la carte and set menus for 1, 2-3, and 4-5 guests.

Oysters straight from the tank and shucked to order are a must.

Upholding Ruby Jack’s repute as an affluent steakhouse, the locally sourced wooden floor under the high ceilings exudes a sophisticated atmosphere yet very welcoming feeling. The dimmed lights, Cattelan Italia’s Margot Chairs, and carefully arranged silverware add up to the ease of a fine dining experience. The elevated private dining room adorned with an oversized painting by Masashi Ozawa aptly named “Wagyu”, can accommodate 14 guests for private events or business meetings.

The 15-seat counter bar complete with Jean Prouve designed bar stools promises classic and elegant cocktails focusing on local ingredients.

“Ruby Jack’s, despite being popularly known as a first-rate steakhouse, is actually a very friendly restaurant when it comes to service. People come and we’ll do our best to make them feel warm and comfortable. Given the quality and excellence of the food we serve, we also make sure to give our guests the quality and friendly service that they deserve.” — Thiago Makoto Harada, Operations Manager

Aside from first-rate steaks and wagyu beef, Ruby Jack’s selection of opulent desserts is a must for the sweet tooth!

“Whether it be a business lunch or dinner, an anniversary, birthday, romantic date, Weekend Brunch or one of our party plans with free flow drinks, Ruby’s is suitable for all occasions.”
