Opened in 2017, Souv! by Cyma 's unique concept came from Chef Robby Goco’s famous Cyma Greek Taverna restaurant which serves as its casual sister restaurant. It is inspired by a popular Greek grilled fast food called “Souvlaki,” thus the name Souv.
