  • Duncan MacMillan’s: Every Brilliant Thing is happening at the Maybank Performing Arts Center in Bonifacio Global City from February 2, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, and 24, 2019.

This light tale performance tackles mental health conditions that will surely spark everyone’s interest.

Depression, along with other mental health conditions, used to have a negative connotation, but we all know that it’s changing these days. One perfect example is Duncan MacMillan’s: Every Brilliant Thing, which will portray how a mental health condition cannot and should not hinder anyone from living life to the fullest.

From the writer of Lungs, Duncan MacMillan and Johnny Donahoe, Every Brilliant Thing follows the narrative of how a young girl copes with daily life struggles, particularly dealing with her mother’s depression.

Directed by Jenny Jamora, Supermodel-actress Teresa Herrera will lead the performance in her direction. This will also serve as her comeback debut in the theater industry.

Meanwhile, actor-singer Kakki Teodoro will star for the February 9 and 23, 2019 2:30 p.m. shows. Kakki is known for her screenplay in Filipino Films such as Ipaglaban Mo (2014) and Ang Sugo (2011).

If you are interested in advocating mental health, Every Brilliant Thing will undoubtedly meet your expectations!
