This 3-day training program aims to explore about UAVs, popularly known as “drones”, and give the participants a 15-hour hands-on indoor and outdoor experience in understanding drone essentials, such as Radio Control Systems and Advanced Drone Maneuvering Techniques.

Drone Flying 101 will be supervised by Instructor Julian “Teejay” Teodoro who has provided training to various personal and private companies in the safe use of unmanned rotorcraft systems.

He has a Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) pilot certificate from The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) and his company is one of the only 4 in the Philippines that has been fully certified by the CAAP to operate UAVs.

Participants who will join the program will get a certificate that they may use to apply for an RPA controller certificate from The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).
