To further improve customer satisfaction, existing Six Sigma Yellow Belts and Process Experts are invited to attend this program and undergo training with the supervision of Green Belts. This is to help them achieve the Lean Six Sigma certification.

Lean Six Sigma refers to a management approach that aims to improve business performance. It has a belt-based training system that includes white, yellow, green, black, and master black belt levels quite similar to levels of the traditional Japanese wrestling sport—judo.

The Green Belts will help the participants achieve superior business results by sharing their working knowledge and application of the tools and methodology of Lean and Six Sigma. Yellow Belts and Process experts will learn about various operations including effecting incremental reduction in Cost, improvement in Cycle Time, Defect Reduction, Quality improvement, and Higher Efficiency.

The 5-day program will be facilitated by Mr. Ariel Driz. Be an effective, structured, and data-driven employee through this performance improvement and transformation training.
