  • We know that many of you are still in complete shock because of the much talked-about movie of April, Avengers: Endgame, plus last month’s epic John Wick 3.

    But since another month has arrived, it’s time for us to move on and look forward to another set of movies coming in cinemas. Good thing is that there’s a way to wipe those tears with another giant roster of films. Here are the must-see movies to watch this June!

    The Dark Phoenix

    Fans of X-Men, for sure, have already seen how powerful Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) was in the previous films. But wait and see what this mutant can do beyond what is expected as she evolves into a disaster—so to speak—in this new film, Dark Phoenix. Is there anything other X-Men members can do to suppress and control their friend’s personal demon and increasingly unstable power?

    The Secret Life of Pets 2

    This sequel of The Secret Life of Pets follows Max (Patton Oswalt), a Jack Russell Terrier, as he faces major problems after his owner Katie (Ellie Kemper) embarks on a new life with a husband and a child. See how this frightened dog will conquer his fears after he met a farm dog named Rooster (Harrison Ford) during a family trip.

    Men In Black: International 

    Starring Chris Hemsworth as Agent H, a top agent in MIB’s UK branch and Tessa Thompson as Agent M, a new MIB recruit, Men In Black: International jumps on a new adventure as the agents get involved in a series of alien attacks. Follow the agent’s journey as they try to outdo this biggest threat to the planet.

    Rocketman

    Rocketman is a 2019 biopic of musician Elton John that tells his early life and breakthrough years. British actor Taron Egerton will play as the legendary rock star in this musical film. Both have already been seen together on the big screens in Kingsman: The Golden Circle, in which John played a funny role.

    Release Date: June 19

    Toy Story 4

    After Andy (Jack McGraw) gave his toys to Bonnie (Madeleine McGraw), Woody (Tom Hanks), Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen) and the rest of the gang face a problem when Bonnie introduces a new toy named Forky (Tony Hale). Suffering from an existential crisis, Forky tries to escape during a family road trip. Find out how old and new friends realize how big the world can be for a toy in this exciting new Toy Story film.

    Annabelle Comes Home

    As described by Warner Bros. Picture, Annabelle Comes Home focuses on the demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren bringing Annabelle to the locked artifacts room in their home, placing her “safely” behind sacred glass and enlisting a priest’s holy blessing. However, it only turns out more horrifying after the possessed doll awakens the evil spirits in the room. 

    Release Date: June 27
