Soriano started his ballet training when he was 9 years old and began joining competitions at 10. Despite the difficulties in learning ballet, he has already developed a special affection for the art.“It’s hard at first. The first time is always the hardest. It was really unimaginable. It was really unexpected. I can’t even explain it, but I’m so happy not just for myself, but for my family, for my country, and for my province, Bacolod as well.” Soriano said.

Soriano is very happy with his current win because there are many great dancers who participated and it was very difficult to achieve the highest award, yet he still managed to achieve it at the age of 16. What do you think of Rench Soriano’s win as Best Ballerina at the Asian Grand Prix International? Share your thoughts with us, below!
