  • Travel junkies can soon travel around Asia without leaving the Philippine soil. That is the promise of Chimera Land, a new first-of-its-kind theme park that is set to open in the City of Malolos, Bulacan.

The groundbreaking ceremony for Chimera Land was held last August 11, Friday, to mark the beginning of its construction, which is expected to finish by the end of 2017.

The features and facilities of Chimera Land are a force to be reckoned with. This theme park will put six countries – Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, and the Philippines – on one land, letting you explore each country’s key tourist spots, food, and culture in one visit.

Chimera Land will take you on a realistic and highly experiential cross-country expedition. Starting from the entrance, you will be a real tourist who needs to fall in line for your plane ticket and go through immigration. You will be welcomed by flight attendants as you board the planea real, flying airplane that will take you on a three-minute flight. At the arrival station, you will be welcomed by stewardesses that represent each country. This is where you start your travel on foot and begin exploring each country’s showcase.

Chimera Land is said to be the first sustainable theme park in the country, opening up job opportunities to the locals and boosting the city’s tourism. Not only that, but it will also serve as a bridge to one’s dreams of traveling around Asia. And all you need is one ticket.

Chimera Land is expected to open in December 2017 on McArthur Highway, Dakila, City of Malolos, Bulacan. For more information, you can follow Chimera Land Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ChimeraLandPH/.
