Quezon Memorial Circle is the central landmark of Quezon City. Located in the center of Elliptical Road, where six major lanes meet, the park is filled with many amenities, facilities and activities. There are also some restaurants and food stalls around the area. Although surrounded by traffic, it is a nice and big place for you and your dog to relax.
