  • Carpaccio Ristorante Italiano is joining in the Aussie beef craze!

    In line with the ongoing promotional event that features a selection of the Philippines’ restaurants that have used Australian beef, Carpaccio Ristorante Italiano in Makati released a new menu with five Aussie beef dishes which will be available until August 20.

    The main course includes Rib Eye, Striploin, and Tenderloin all grilled to perfection! Appetizers are also available with Tartar Alla Piemontese and Lesso in Carpione.

    GRILLED TENDERLOIN. 8 oz (Php 1,350)

    GRILLED STRIPLOIN. 10 oz (Php 990)

    GRILLED RIB EYE. 8 oz (Php 1,350)

    TARTAR ALLA PIEMONTESE. Php 490

    LESSO IN CARPIONE. Php 420

    For the next two months, the Philippines will play host to something that a lot of restaurants, fast food stores, and processed meat producers have been using for decades. Australian grass-fed beef will be featured on menus of certain restaurants and hotels until August 20.
