International luxury hotel brand Conrad opens in Manila
Led by the SM Hotels and Convention Corporations (SMHCC), one of the world’s most prestigious luxury hotel brands Conrad has finally debuted in Manila.
Conrad Manila, which is the luxury flagship brand in the Hilton Family of Brands, is the chain’s 15th location in the Asia Pacific. Owned by the SMHCC and managed by Hilton Worldwide, this 347-room hotel located in Mall of Asia’s lifestyle city complex in Pasay is the newest luxury destination in the metro. With its hugely iconic sail structure and shopping mall, Conrad Manila aims to target the dynamic market of the Philippines for both business and leisure stay.

In a press conference held on June 15, several officials of Conrad Manila and SMHCC were present to celebrate the opening of the said brand. According to Martin Rinck, president of Hilton Worldwide in Asia Pacific, “the stunning Conrad Manila is an exceptional addition to the Conrad Hotels & Resorts portfolio. This landmark property perfectly complements the vibrancy of this amazing capital city and will set the benchmark for luxury accommodation in Manila.” SMHCC President Elizabeth Sy was also present at the event, expressing that Conrad will “definitely be a game-changer in the exciting hotel scene in the country.”

Poised to be the venue of choice for business, social events, and wedding, Conrad offers four contemporary event halls and two sophisticated ballrooms fitted with state-of-the-art technology. Outdoor gardens entertainment technology and hydro-electric rainshowers, fitness center, infinity pool, and executive lounge are just some of its luxurious amenities fit for its diverse clienteles. In addition to that, Conrad Manila takes pride of its six restaurants and lounges such as Brasserie on 3, China Blue by Jeremy Leung, and C Lounge. High-end shopping outlets are also found on its mall S Maison for a truly remarkable upscale experience.
